# Biểu mẫu đánh giá

### <mark style="color:red;">1. TẠO BIỂU MẪU ĐÁNH GIÁ</mark>

* Chọn <mark style="color:orange;">**Biểu mẫu đánh giá**</mark> bên trong phần <mark style="color:orange;">**Quản lý cơ sở**</mark> ở thanh menu trái
* Bấm nút <mark style="color:orange;">**Tạo mới**</mark>

* Điền **tên biểu mẫu** và bấm <mark style="color:orange;">**Xác nhận**</mark>

### <mark style="color:red;">2. THÊM MỤC TIÊU ĐÁNH GIÁ VÀO BIỂU MẪU</mark>

* Chọn bộ thư viện cần lấy mục tiêu trong danh sách thư viện nội bộ
* Tại đây, bạn bấm <mark style="color:orange;">**Thêm MT**</mark> ở mục tiêu cần lấy (bảng bên trái) để sao chép vào biểu mẫu đánh giá (bảng bên phải). Ngoài ra, bạn có thể chọn nhiều mục tiêu cùng lúc và bấm <mark style="color:orange;">**Thêm mục tiêu đã chọn**</mark> để sao chép hàng loạt sang biểu mẫu
* Bấm <mark style="color:orange;">**Xóa**</mark> mục tiêu ở bảng bên phải để bỏ mục tiêu ra khỏi biểu mẫu
* Các chỉnh sửa sẽ luôn được lưu tự động. Bấm **Thoát** để quay về danh sách biểu mẫu

### <mark style="color:red;">3. CÁC THAO TÁC KHÁC DÀNH CHO BIỂU MẪU</mark>

Bấm vào nút 3 chấm dọc bên cạnh biểu mẫu, bạn có thể thực hiện các thao tác sau cho một biểu mẫu đã hoàn thành:

* **Chỉnh sửa:** Thêm / xóa mục tiêu khỏi biểu mẫu
* **Nhân bản:** Sao chép bản biểu mẫu
* **Đổi tên:** Đổi tên biểu mẫu
* **Tải file PDF:** Tải biểu mẫu dưới định dạng .pdf  &#x20;
* **Xóa:** Xóa biểu mẫu
