# Cơ sở bị khóa

Khi cơ sở của bạn bị khóa (vì nhiều lý do khác nhau), thì các nhóm chat của cơ sở đó sẽ bị vô hiệu hóa và không thể tiếp tục gửi hay nhận tin nhắn. Tuy nhiên, các tin nhắn cũ vẫn được giữ lại
