# Báo cáo tuần lớp can thiệp cá nhân

**Báo cáo tuần** chỉ có thể thực hiện trên nền tảng web.

## <mark style="color:blue;">1.  Xem thống kê các báo cáo tuần</mark>

* Trong mục **"Báo cáo"**, chọn **"Báo cáo tuần"**&#x20;
* Chọn thẻ **"Học cá nhân"** => Kéo đến tuần cần xem
* Ở cột **"Trạng thái"**, biểu tượng màu <mark style="color:green;">**xanh**</mark> tức là báo cáo đã hoàn thành, màu ***xám*** tức là chưa hoàn thành.
* Quản lý có thể xem báo cáo này được hoàn thành (nộp) bởi trị liệu viên nào ở cột **"Nộp bởi"**
* Quản lý cũng có thể kiểm tra được có bao nhiêu phụ huynh đã xem báo cáo này ở cột **"PH đã xem"**

## <mark style="color:blue;">2.  Làm báo cáo tuần</mark>

* Trong mục **"Báo cáo"**, chọn **"Báo cáo tuần" =>** Kéo đến tuần cần báo cáo
* Chọn học sinh chưa được báo cáo (có biểu tượng màu xám ở cột trạng thái)

* Trị liệu viên viết nhận xét chung về bé của cả tuần.
* Trị liệu viên kiểm tra các nội dung báo cáo của tuần đó trước khi chọn **"Hoàn thành báo cáo"**
* Chọn **"Hoàn thành báo cáo"**
